- A customized and facilitated 60-minute collaborative coaching/team building session

This package will begin with your team going through one of our three escape rooms. While you work through the room, the on-site business coach will watch in real time. After the game has concluded, the Maxwell Leadership Executive Program Team Member will lead a 60-minute team building session where your team will help generate content based upon their escape room experience. In this session, he will indicate the strengths of your team and explain how to implement them in the workplace.
Your coach is taking pieces of your adventure at Aha! Escape Rooms to understand how members of your team function as a part of the whole. This information then allows him to point out where communication faltered, misunderstandings arose, or teamwork was disrupted etc. With this information, your team can improve these faults for future workplace projects.
